UNCG Latin Jazz Ensemble specializes in Afro Cuban Jazz, Afro Rican Jazz, and other forma of Afro Caribbean and South American Music such as Salsa, Merengue, Bomba, Plena, and Bossa Nova. In addition, the ensemble gives students the opportunity to develop, strengthen, and expand their improvisational skills. The ensemble is committed to bringing to life these important musical repertories and the history of Latin Dance Music and Latin Improvisational Music.
Tickets are $15 Advance and $20 at the Door.
