Poetic Justice: Celebrating Black Cinema

Janet Jackson stars as Justice, a young poet in South Central Los Angeles who turns to her writing as an escape from personal tragedy. When she reluctantly agrees to join a road trip to Oakland with her best friend and a postal worker played by Tupac Shakur, the journey becomes more than just miles on a map—it’s a chance for healing, connection, and unexpected love. Featuring soulful poetry by Maya Angelou and a raw, heartfelt performance by its leads, Poetic Justice is a moving exploration of love, resilience, and self-expression.
