About The Crown

About Condado

Condado is a rock band from North Carolina. Members include Alberto “Birdie” Velazquez (guitar/vocals), Joshua Reid (guitar/vocals), Javan Trinidad (bass/vocals), and Anunt Singh (drums). Naming the band “Condado” (the Spanish word for county) is a reminder of the rural/suburban locations in which the members grew up – places usually lacking a supportive music scene and/or diversity. It’s a reminder that pursuing their individual and collective dreams of making music is possible regardless of where they’re from or who they are.

About XK Scenario

Hailing from Falls Church, Virginia, XK Scenario incorporates meticulous technical instrumentation with the energy of OG hardcore DC punk music.  Frontman Kaleab Elias’ unmatched intensity accompanied by the wild prog drumbeats of Ryan West are tied together with Alex Menick’s guitar artistry that can only be described as awe inspiring.  XK’s prog-rock/hip-hop fusion performance will leave audiences with no choice but to chant XK’s name.

About Outerloop

Outerloop is a post-punk band from Washington D.C., led by classically-trained, powerhouse, bi-lingual Latin jazz vocalist, Taisha Estrada and guitarist Don Potter. Known for their high-energy live shows and angular songwriting, the band has been selected for several festivals and concert series including Macrock, Fort Reno and the DC Library Rooftop shows, released an EP and an LP in 2022, and their song “Just Behave” won the 2023 Wammie (Washington D.C. area music award) for ‘best hard rock/punk song’.

Their latest single “huracan” (nominated for a 2024 Wammie), was released in November to glowing reviews. Outerloop‘s next single “Electric Alibi” will be released on 4/10 to be followed by an EP and tour this summer.

“Outerloop kept the energy high performing its loud, invigorating, cathartic songs” – NPR Music

“Outerloop want to kick your teeth in” – Washington Post

“Fun, noisy, bold — what more could you want?” – District Fray
