Greensboro’s Justin “Demeanor” Harrington merges elements of hip-hop with unorthodox folk influences, bridging the gap between contemporary and traditional music with an unexpected cultural twist. Professionally trained as an actor, Demeanor weaves storytelling and character to engage and inspire all around him.

As he puts it, OC from NC is a “regular-ass dude” from North Carolina. The Burlington rapper is far from regular, though. His verbal dexterity, introspective storytelling, and consistent musical output position him as one of the top rappers in the state.

And if you ask OC, born Octavius Dion Taylor, he is the best rapper here.

Katie Hutchinson is a graphic designer, illustrator, collage artist, and musician from Raleigh, North Carolina. Currently living and working in Greensboro creating artwork for friends and artists alike, her focus is work that not only reflects the client, but her as well.

Interdisciplinary work of Katie's is inspired by the topics of diversity, personal discovery, her love for hip-hop culture, and the fight against social norms. Her writing and music are a method of telling her own personal story as well as attempting to connect with an untouched audience of those in the out-crowd.
